Tough Rope, No Fuss

I’ve been using this 3/8" Anchor Line on both my 22-foot bay boat and my river john boat, and it’s exactly what I needed. Solid, dependable, and built to handle whatever you throw at it.

It works great for anchor setups, dock lines, and pretty much anything else where you need strong rope on the water. What makes it even better is that it already comes factory-spliced with a clean 12” eye loop — no messing around with knots or trying to make your own splice. Just clip in and go.

The rope itself is tough. It’s abrasion-resistant, UV-resistant, and doesn’t break down over time like some cheaper lines I’ve tried in the past. I’ve left it wet, exposed to the sun, and covered in river grime — still holds strong and stays flexible.

At 50 feet, it’s the perfect length for most setups, and at 3/8” thick it’s easy to handle and doesn't kink or tangle. The 2,200 lb. breaking strength is more than enough for everything I’ve needed it for.

If you spend time on the water, whether it’s salt or freshwater, this rope just makes sense. It’s built right, holds up in rough conditions, and doesn’t require any extra work out of the box. I’ll be buying a couple more for backups — but honestly, I doubt I’ll need to replace the first one any time soon.

Thimble on end too large to fit thru windless only melted together, and no sheath for cut protection

This is no Anchor line. Sold as anchor line has no Sheath for line cut protection from shackle, the thimble loop for shackle, is to large and is sized for a large boat cleat, which is only melted together. not tucked bound. Not very strong looking to anchor a boat., Thimble end with no rope cut protection. is so large it will not fit thru my windless. Sending back is a hassle. Great Lakes Dan~ Michgian
