1/16 Inferno Winch Line
1/16" Inferno Winch Line
Made with one of the world's strongest fibers Aramid (Compare to Kevlar®) and braided to perfection. This winch line is an 8-strand single braid that provides maximum strength, lowest stretch (elongation), effortless splicing and superior flexibility. Aramid is extremely heat-resistant, enabling its use in high temperature applications where other materials simply cannot go.
Aramid can withstand temperatures up to 500°F(260°C) without significant degradation. The rope doesn't melt, but it will start to degrade at temperatures above 800°F (427°C). This makes aramid fibers highly suitable for applications requiring thermal resistance, such as firefighting gear, protective clothing, and high-performance ropes.
Great for high temperature jobs, friction saws, tag lines, survival bracelets, key fobs, lanyards, boot laces, gear loops ETC. A must have for all hardcore survivalists. It features a 100% Aramid construction with the ability to be easily spliced. with a break strength of 690 Lbs.!
